All damaged, defective or wrong items are eligible for free returns and full refunds. Returns for full refunds are accepted within 14 business days from delivery date. Returns for exchanges are accepted within 30 business days from delivery date. For return and refund inquiries, please email us with your order details. Returned items for exchange or refund must be unused and in the original packaging, including tags, booklets and labels. Worn, altered or damaged returns will not be accepted. Returned items not in original condition for reasons that are not our error, are subject to a restocking fee being deducted from your refund.
