I was very disappointed that after spending so much on this clock and them bragging about quality. THAT IT ONLY LASTED 6 MONTHS!!!!!!! Clock continuously shuts off. I would not recommend this product. Although it was awesome quality and looked great. It did not last long. A lot of money wasted for a wood box.

We will send you a new one. Please send us the tracking number, also include on the package details that could help us troubleshoot the issue. We will send you the replacement unit within a week from receiving your gadget.
Shipping:
Delivery Times: As a shipping policy we usually ship next business day but if you place your order on a weekend, it will be shipped next business day. You will receive a confirmation that the product has be shipped with the tracking information.
Tracking & Notifications: We will send you email notifications with estimated delivery updates. Once it leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email that includes final tracking information.
Service Areas: Nuvitron can ship to any street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We will ship your order via UPS or USPS. We can ship internationally.
Undelivered Packages: We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
Returns / Refunds: We accept returns within 15 days after the purchase date, the buyer is responsible for the cost sending the product back to us (please insure it, and make sure you get a tracking number, we will not be responsible for it if it is lost). A re-stocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund.
