As a child I grew up in country Victoria, baking mud pies in the sun, travelling on endless beach holidays with my siblings as well as keenly observing (or rather annoying) my father during all of his D.I.Y jobs around the house. Slowly over those many years my desire of creating beautiful projects from something as pure as a piece of raw timber flourished. My young mind continued to eagerly absorb new skills and passion for wood works until leaving my family nest and making the big move to the city of Melbourne. Fast forward to 2015, where my husband and I were eagerly awaiting the arrival of our first son Cristian, I found myself with a fire to create unique, hand-made items to bring a super special touch to his little nursery. After everything in his new room was just right, I began wanting to share and create the same magical pieces for many more little ones, parents and their families. It was then that our brand Hachiandtegs was created.
