More than a beauty company, Mixify Beauty's create-your-own cosmetics kits offer an experience to design your signature artisan nail colors, lip gloss or perfume with your friends and family.

SHIPPING

Standard orders are processed within two business days, usually sooner. We'll send your order the quickest way we can though nail polishes, even in small amounts, are considered hazardous materials by USPS and courier services and must be sent via ground services. For these reasons we can only ship to the 48 contiguous states. While we'd love to send you a Mixify Polish kit where ever you are, we just can't. We ship from San Francisco and shipping can take 2-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship anywhere we legally can and in many cases quicker than cross country USA! We've included the most popular countries at checkout though if your country isn't there, send us a message. Note that if your country charges taxes or duties, these will be your responsibility to pay at the time of delivery. Prices are our best estimates. A surcharge is charged by DHL for residential and rural deliveries. Contact us for a more accurate quote.

It may be that the box is opened by customs for inspection, and things may get a little untidy. It sucks, but we can't control this.

RETURNS We're confident you'll love your Mixify Beauty kit though if you do need to return your purchase, our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to the personal nature of our items, if the item has been opened it cannot be returned.

To complete your return, you must have a return authorization number. Contact us for a return authorization number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a two business days. Note that all returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1480 Moraga Rd, Suite C, #178 Moraga California US 94556. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
