Kibardindesign studio was founded in Prague by designer Vadim Kibardin. We make modern furniture, objects and gadgets.

Our approach to design emphasizes both innovation and functionality. We takes the minimalist philosophy of stripping an object to its essentials to a whole new level. By exploring new ideas or new materials and technologies, and executing them well, our work aims to be highly artistic, smart and always inspiring.

DELIVERY

There are various delivery options available, or if you prefer you can collect the item from our warehouse. We will deliver your order to the delivery address given at the time you place your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted, depending on the lead time of the product. You will be notified when the goods come into stock for goods that require ordering, and on dispatch for stock items. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you and full payment has been received.

Delivery dates acknowledged by the Company are non-binding estimates only, based upon the best available information concerning manufacturers’ lead times and transportation schedules. Estimated delivery dates will be considered as accepted by the buyer unless disagreement is notified to the Company in writing within seven days of order placement. Special delivery conditions requested by the buyer should be given in writing at the time of order placement. These requests will be considered by the Company and if necessary conditions and charges may change accordingly. From the time of delivery or placement into storage all risks for the goods pass to the buyer.

OVERSEAS PURCHASES

We are able to send most of our products overseas, the delivery cost of which will depend on the weight of the item. If your country is not listed please email info@kibardindesign.com for more information. Delivery times will vary depending on location. For urgent deliveries please email info@kibardindesign.com, preferably before placing your order, and we will endeavor to find the lowest cost courier for you.

You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs permits and paying any import duties if applicable to the import of goods from our site. Further, please be aware that due to the high cost of shipping internationally the cost of delivery and return is not covered by the Company under any circumstances, and purchases are therefore entirely at your own risk.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on weight, size and ship-to location. If we are unable to do this at the time of purchase, we will contact you by e-mail with a shipping quote. This is often the case with international shipping, or if an item is oversized. We will not ship until you have approved the quote.

We only use DHL couriers for our product deliveries, and highly recommend them to anyone who requires fast and tracked door to door pickup right across the whole world. Visit www.dhl.com for more information about DHL’s courier shipping method.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Goods that have been made to order in a specific finish or upholstery color as per the customer's specifications are nonreturnable. If received damaged or defective then a replacement will be manufactured and delivered as soon as possible. Please only order when you are sure that the item and finish are right for your needs, as you will not be able to change the order after the item has been entered into production or because it is different from what you expected following delivery, except when we have not supplied the correct item or specification as per the order confirmation. Further, we request that you check access to your property, as delivery is on the understanding that you have checked the dimensions of the item and that it fits through all doorways, stairwells and within the area of intended use.

Your satisfaction is our goal. If you have ordered a standard product, where no finish options have been specified for you, and you would like to return it or exchange it for a different item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You may return or exchange goods within 7 days of delivery, though the Company is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth below.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately.

The product you return must be in new and unused condition, with all the original packaging and product tags still attached. By “new and unused” we mean that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We will not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. The costs for all products returned in the manner set forth will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit or debit card excluding delivery costs.

In the event your order is received in a faulty or damaged condition please notify us by the next working day or as soon as reasonably possible at info@kibardindesign.com to discuss our procedures for returns and to organize a replacement.

We will email you a replace/return document and request that you kindly complete and enclose it in the package, and pack the item in the original packing and manner with which it was received.

Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit in the form of a Kibardin Gift Card.

If you would like to return a stock item for a different reason, for example, because upon inspection the item is not what you really wanted, then you may return it, within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of the goods. Please ensure you keep all the original packaging and carefully repackage the item ready for collection. This clause applies only to stock items which have not been specifically ordered in a color or finish of your choice.
