The product is very good. I comes apart in three pieces (the inner compartment comes out making for two parts and the third part is the drain tray, which is like a twist lock system). This allows for easy cleaning. The utensils drying rack drains well and as a result in a few moments most of the water on the utensils have drained away. The only not so great part of the experience is the time it took for the order to initiate the item to be shipped, which was about 2 or more weeks after the purchase. The tracking shows it came from China, so I thought it might be possible that it came straight from a factory. Overall a very nice kitchen utensils drying rack.
The item looked used. There were water spots in the bottom. I washed the container, and I do like the concept. But the fact that this was in an opened box and looked like a return item is disappointing
I love that it has drainage at the bottom so I don't have to worry about drying the utensils. It's a bit smaller than I imagined but it helps because I only use it for the most used/important kitchen tools!
