What will I receive in my surprise box?
We'll send unique and fun lifestyle products tailored to your preference. Choose from home décor, gadgets, beauty & health, collectibles, outdoor gear, household essentials, and more.

How would you know what I like?
When you sign up for the subscription box, you will be filling out a short survey about your preferred product categories and styles. Each product in your box is hand-picked and tailored to your preference.

How much is the subscription box?
We offer a flexible subscription plan with four options. You can choose from $30/month, $50/month, $30/quarter, and $50/quarter.

When will my card be charged?
We will charge your card 7 days prior to the first day of your delivery window every month or quarter, depending on your plan. If the payment is declined due to issues with your account, we will contact you immediately for correction. If the payment still cannot be processed before the first day of your delivery window, we will cancel your delivery for that month or quarter.

When will I receive my surprise box?
When you sign up, you can choose your preferred delivery window from 1st-10th, 11th-20th, and 21st-31st of each month.

How to update my subscription preferences?
You can update your subscription preferences anytime under “My Subscription” after logging into your account.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription one month before the first day of your next delivery window. For example, if your next delivery is scheduled for August 11th-20th, you can cancel it before July 11th.

What if I don’t like the product(s) I received?
We’d be happy to exchange any items that you are not satisfied with within 14 days from the delivery date. You can exchange an item for a different color/design, or a product of similar value. Please note that we are not responsible for the shipping cost unless the items arrive damaged or defective. Please email us at contact@theapollobox.com or call us at 415-255-5839 to process the exchange.

Exchanged items should be new and ready for resale. It must be unused and in the original packaging, including tags, booklets, and labels. Items must not be worn, altered or damaged. Exchanged items not in original condition for reasons that are not our error, are subject to a restocking fee. Please note we do not accept returns of our subscription boxes for refund.

How can I track my package?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number once your box is shipped.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We’d be happy to provide a free exchange for you. Please send us a photo of the product to contact@theapollobox.com for further instruction to process the exchange.

Can I receive my box as a gift?
Absolutely! We can pack your delivery in a gift box and include a gift receipt. Please contact us contact@theapollobox.com or 415-255-5839 at least 5 business days before the first day of your delivery window.

What rewards can I get for a subscription of 6 boxes or more?
We appreciate our loyal subscribers! We will include a free store gift card worth 50% subscription value (i.e., $15 for $30 subscription and $25 for $50 subscription) in the 6th box and a gift card worth 100% subscription value in the 12th box. The gift card can be used site wide at www.theapollobox.com.

How to provide feedback to the boxes I received?
We’d love to hear from you! You can provide any feedback to our team about each box you receive under “My Subscription” after logging into your account. You can also write a review and share your experience with fellow shoppers.
