Got this as a gift for my music and robot loving SIL and she rated it as the second best gift she has ever received! It is adorable and reportedly has good sound. I must give an extra positive review for customer service as well. This item was part of a large order, with the other items being shipped faster than this one. Since this happened to be the only item with its final destination being different, I contacted Apollo to see if they could ship it directly to the intended recipient, and they did! They quickly adjusted the destination with no added costs, meaning it arrived on time, which is so not like me. Thanks Apollo, for making me a more timely gift giver ;)

I got this acorn speaker in my Apollo Box. I had seen it in the catalog and thought its cute, but no way is it sufficiently functional. I was wrong. This little speaker is loud and comes out clear. I use it all the time and I had to buy one for my friend....of course.

Totally not what I was expecting. Very, very small. Wouldn’t pay full price for it. Basically you are getting a Bluetooth speaker with a microSD built in. The sound is alright, nothing room filling. The color is nice (retro pink). It’s kind of just meh.

I bought 3 of these to give as gifts--everyone loves it. All items were shipped separately at different times, which was annoying, but the speaker itself ifs nice.

I love this thing. The size is just right, it is small but it is the perfect size for me. The sound surprised me, it sounds really good for what it is. It will get really loud as well. Love the retro design and the fact that the volume dial lights up. I would buy it again and I am thinking of buying several more to give as gifts.

This little guy packs a lot of punch in such a small body. It’s surprisingly loud and soo cute. We got the one in baby blue and it’s just gorgeous. We loved the retro look and how the dial actually works as a volume button, and the 3 little bottoms at the bottom as controls. Very easy to set up, it connected to my iPhone in less than 30 seconds. A must have for music lovers, it’s offers a great modern sound with a very retro look.

The speaker itself has good audio quality, especially for the price of the product. It's not the level of a Bose or a Jabra, but it's pretty clear and works with a variety of music. I tried electronic, pop, 80s pop, classical, alternative, rock, opera, and they all sounded clear with decent bass, treble, and alto tones. The volume control is very nice and easy to use. The audio quality doesn't decrease significantly at higher volumes. The design is sleek and cute, and the size makes the speaker very portable and convenient (and even cuter). It was very easy to pair my phone with the speaker and I liked the noise it makes when it connects and disconnects from a device. The only problem I have with this product is that the next/previous song buttons feel backwards. Usually the next button is on the right and the previous button is on the left, but it's the reverse on this speaker. This looks like a defect, though, because the pictures in the product description say next is right and previous is left, so I did not factor this into my rating. Not a big game changer for me, since I can just get used to the flipped buttons. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good Bluetooth speaker that doesn't break the bank.

Tested this little guy out with my holiday wrapping and baking. The size is definitely a plus, taking up little room on my already over stuffed counter. I tested this with my holiday music, music was relatively clear and did not become "tinny" . It also worked well as a speaker for my computer for training videos. It has a nice heft to it, which I was not expecting from it's description, so it is not easily sent flying.when accidentally hit. One down side, the black version shows fingerprints very easily, which drives my OCD side crazy.

This little mini speaker is ideal for tucking into a small space where it's unobtrusive or showing off in an open space. The retro look is so hot right now and it's a great design for this speaker. I would have thought it to be much bigger by the quality of the sound, but I'm glad it's small. It will be ideal for camping next summer! Having our music with us is a real plus when we don't have to settle for the sound from our phones! We can slip this right in a pocket!

Although speaker is very small it has some qualities unlike other more expensive ones. The sound generated is comparable to many other speakers on the market but the look and price separates this item from them. Actually because of the unique speaker design this speaker surpasses them in the sound department. I would recommend this cool little item to just about anyone from a child with her fiirst smart phone to the senior who enjoys the days gone by. The only detraction was that the instructions had very very small writing which I needed a magnifying glass....

This Bluetooth speaker is super adorable and has very good sound---especially for what it is. However, the video is misleading in a couple of ways. First, the blue light blinks the entire time it is in use which is not well presented. Second, the blue light is quite powerful for the thin plastic so it makes a big portion of the unit glow blue with it, which kind of wrecks the effect of an old-school radio. Another note, the specs above say the play time is 5-8 hours, but the little instructional informational paper inside says it runs for 2-3 hours. I haven't used it long enough to test which is accurate. So knowing that, whether or not it's work the ~$20 price tag is up to you. Just know that customer service is unhelpful and customer satisfaction doesn't really play into their business plan.

This is a really cool little speaker. I love the retro design and the back lit volume knob that looks like an old radio tuner is a nice touch. The sound is quite impressive for a speaker this size and it maintains a solid Bluetooth connection that has never dropped. I would recommend this speaker for sure, especially for the price.

I was initially skeptical when It first arrived via USPS since its very small (appx 3”x2”) but it does deliver good sound quality. The Bluetooth pairs seamlessly but the big appeal is the retro aesthetic - especially if you get the brown colored one. Obviously, it won’t deliver much bass due to size but there wasn’t any noticeable distortion. However, the lack of clear bass delivery is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. Recommend this to anyone looking for something easy to carry or use at work. Good value for the money.

Got the blue speaker and it looks really cute! The paring is easy and the sound isn't bad for the price. The only thing bad about it is that it speaks 'Bluetooth mode' and 'power off' every time you turn it on and off, which is a bit of annoying.

Don’t let the size fool you. This little unit is loud and we are all very happy for the price we spent and the quality it puts out! From teenagers to the adult I gave it too, everyone is happy!

I bought this for my hubby and he loves it! It does have a blinking blue light that never seems to stop blinking when it is on (okay, just be aware). Also, some fussyness with it being plugged into phone and speaker at same time. (Gets static-y). Otherwise, super rad nostalgic vibe and does produce a good sound.

I’ve followed the instructions to a T, but the device won’t pair to anything. It’s supposed to say “blue tooth mode, ready to pair,” but it just says “Bluetooth mode.” I can’t pair it to any device at all. It just blinks blue lights constantly.

Per the instructions, when you turn it on, it’s supposed to say, “Bluetooth mode” and then “Bluetooth ready to pair.” It never says the second part. I attempted to pair it with not only my phone, but the phone of every member of my family of 6, plus my best friends phone, her husbands phone, and my boyfriends phone. I tried pair it to iPods. I tried restarting devices. I tried everything. It will not work. I reached out to customer service and they told me “you have to select ‘BT Speaker’ on your Bluetooth menu,” even though I was very detailed on what sets I took to try and connect it. I explained AGAIN that I already tried that, that the second prompt isn’t coming up. They stopped responding to me and now won’t answer my emails. I’ve left it on for over an hour hoping that it would eventually say the second prompt, and it never does. Piece of crap that I waited TWO MONTHS to arrive. Do not recommend!

I will NEVER order from this site again. I ordered something 2/10/19 and it was scheduled to arrive before or on 3/15/19 for my nieces birthday... just received it 4/2/19... that’s INSANELY RIDICULOUS! When I contact customer service 2 different times, all they could say was check my tracking # ... yeah that wasn’t very clear.

This is the 3rd one i have bought. The FM function and directions, in general, are poor, but the sound and volume from Micro SD/ TF card, USB drive, as well as BT connected play is just fine. It looks great and the charging and play duration times are also fine. I am satisfied overall, with the mentioned poor FM and lack of anything resembling decent or readable directions, as the only exceptions. If you can get a discount coupon or code for % off--- i had both on my first order of 2 and the latter on this recent, single, order--- then i would highly recommend it; otherwise, keep realistic expectations and i think you will be at least satisfied.

I got the natural wood finish. I had no trouble connecting to Bluetooth on my phone. The sound is excellent, not tinny to staticky. I haven't used the FM feature on it yet, but I'm going to try it out. I use mine in my car. It is good for speaker phone calling too.

The speaker is great. I love it! It works very well. It took a month to get it though. I wish it specifically said in the product listing (or at least in the shop description) that it was shipping from China, then I would have expected it to take that long. All it says is that it could take up to 9 business days to ship, which doesn't really convey that it's coming from outside that U.S. So besides the frustration of wondering where the f**k my speaker was for weeks, I'm happy with everything.

I bought this for a friend for her birthday last month (April). I paid a little extra for the fastest shipping. My expected delivery date said it would take about a week. Come to find out, it was shipping from China. My friend just received the item yesterday, a month later. She did say the product is great, with great sound though. Even though she got a late birthday gift, she likes it.

For the price, cuteness and size- it’s really a good speaker. I haven’t tried out the Bluetooth phone call feature but I’m definitely satisfied with my purchase!!!

First of all it is as cute in person as, it is in the picture. The next thing I noticed that this little speaker has some weight to it, not to heavy though, so it is a sturdy little thing. It paired quickly with my iPod and the sound blew me away! You would think I turned on a stereo instead of this little speaker. If you wanted to you could put it on your key chain or leave it in your purse it wouldnt take up any space at all.

The sound is ok but just ok, and my unit didn’t come with a power cord to charge the battery. So now I have to go hunt one down. Annoyed. But it’s cute af.
