Beautiful craftsmanship. The inside of the bowl has texture and the feel of the bowl is very much that of a bowl made by hand. Has a gorgeous black/grey matte finish. Not tiny, but not large by any means, perfect personal size. Very Pleased with this product.

The plates seem thick and sturdy. They are really handy and are great for many kinds of dishes.
