I purchased two for gifts. They look adorable in the pics. But they came looking different. There was no retro on the front and it is not gold like in the pic. It's cheap plastic. The strap is also plastic and not like the pic. They both came in beat up boxes that were torn, scratched and dirty. I asked to do a return - they was no apology for how I received them and I am expected to pay for the return. The customer service is despicable and I am beyond disappointed.
