I was caught off guard after seeing the tracking show it coming from China, but shipping was quick (came a week after ship date). The packaging was really tight and just layers of tape. Trying to open it carefully was tough and I ended up accidentally poking a small hole onto the shell, so better packaging would be appreciated. The only other suggestion that I have is for there to be a zipper or velcro seal to contain the blankets better. The way it's designed now, you just shove the blanket loosely into the shell. I'll be adding some velcro to better contain the blankets as I'm sure my cats will constantly pull them out.
