I was expecting a stronger smell of patchouly..

The product itself is great, however customer service was lacking. I ordered the special tyedye edition and did not receive that edition. I contacted customer service and was told they would pass along my feedback (basically I was out of luck). Almost a month later I got a request for a review which I left and at that time my issue was addressed and I did receive a second bottle, this time with the correct label for free. Again I like the product but it shouldn't have taken a poor review to get help with this issue. I'm not melt to purchase from this company again.
