Unfortunately this blade was out of stock when I ordered it and as it was a Christmas present requiring a specified delivery date I did not receive the product. Initially Appollo Box did not communicate the delay to me and I needed to follow up on my end however once customer service responded and explained it was uncertain when the item would arrive, I was offered another item of my choosing in its stead or a refund. They worked well to resolve the matter and the blade I ordered in its place from the same vendor was so beautiful I ordered a second Damascus knife. Excellent quality.
