The instructions were very straightforward, and I found the kit easy to put together and customize. The only pain was some of the measurements on the instructions were in inches, and the ruler was in mm. Definitely recommend getting your own acrylics, and extra glue, but the other supplies provided were very useful!

I was so excited (still am) to receive this as a gift! I couldn't wait to get started, but when I opened everything to start planning I found that I did not receive the glue. I continue to open and look through the parts and manual (had to print myself) and noticed that the words on the banners/signs do not say Quidditch (see picture below) and that the directions use inches but the ruler included is in centimeters (see picture below). I am still excited to put this together but wish I didn't encounter these issues as soon as I opened the box.

Wonderfully-detailed, laser-cut model was a delightful challenge to assemble. Looks great, even leaving the natural, tilia wood unpainted. Mine shipped without the rechargeable battery, but Apollo Box corrected the mistake as soon as the COVID-handicapped delivery environment would permit. Finally finished it yesterday!

This was a fun two-day project! I removed a star because the fairy lights did not work, but the lanterns did and they are more important. Also...when assembling, it would be easier to add the "glass" to the windows before the windows are glued to the walls, it would also be great if the kit included an extra sheet of window plastic.

Got this for my wife. Took about 45 days to deliver, so definitely give yourself plenty of time to receive the kit. I got the kit with tools and everything is great. Comes in a very nice package and everything needed was included. Can’t wait for my wife to start putting it together! Great present for sure!

It took forever,which could be due to the covid-19. U.S.customs had opened it, so I do not know what is missing, if anything. I cannot wait to get started on it.

I just received my kit - it is well made and thorough. Looks very sturdy and there is clearly a lot of detail and precision into all the pieces. I’m very much looking forward to putting this together.

It was so great- i got the tool kit and used the exacto knife to trim out the pieces, which was really helpful. The paint that came with the set was pretty, but didn’t work that well. I would highly recommend using regular acrylic paints. And make sure you have a wire stripper when you do the lighting.
