This is an awesome gift and ME-TIME project. The directions are absolutely straight forward but beware, the directions even say, that light source better be L I T. Do not underestimate the amount of light to grow happy, loving tomatoes . There was not one small sprout in a south facing window until I added a small reading light to shine on it. But now they are growing like weeds. 10/10 would recommend even in cold weather as an indoor plant if you have enough light.
