There is a gold box that need manual assemble, but the transparent balloon is wrong and smaller that is different from the picture. Overall this is a bit too pricy for the context and lack of instruction.

I thought the box comes assembled withe everything ready for a surprise. Not only does it come unassembled, but there's also no batteries included or any helium. Getting those things incur more cost to the total price making it quite expensive for literally just a box and balloons with no actual present inside. Very disappointed especially because it took more than a month for delivery AND they messed up the address to a completely different state than what I had in the shipping address. Customer service did not even reach out to offer any consolation.

Hello, I want to say that I was highly disappointed in the gift i had sent to my boyfriend. I had ordered this so that it would be assembled and he received a flat box to have to assemble it himself. The whole point of this service is to surprise our loved ones with a gift to remember and since we do long distance it was just left there. This was not a cheap gift to just through away and it did not satisfy us.
