It arrived well packaged and protected. I purchased the large teapot. I steep tea and refrigerate overnight for refreshing beverages on warm summer days. It appears delicate but is very strong and it functions beautifully.

I read an article about tisane tea. By using my garden herbs (lemon grass and mint - in this pot) I made a very fresh pot of goodness. The strainer keeps the herbs inside. I have many teapots, but the wide opening better facilitated herbs. Took a long time to arrive- but right now we are lucky to get items at all

Based on description and pictures, the teapot looked great that I even got one for a friend. Once I received it, the tea pot was pretty thin and light. I didn’t realize that the spout did not have a groove To allow a channel for the tea to flow to the cup. Instead you need to pour fast otherwise the tea will trickle down the pot causing a spill. The shipping of this item took a long time to arrive (3 weeks). So make sure if you order it, plan accordingly as I received it too late for my friends birthday. Overall, the quality wasn’t worth the price.
