These glasses are clever and unique. I washed them by hand when they arrived. Two have moisture inside that will not dry Leaving them cloudy. Those two are unusable Unfortunately

Product arrived as described. However when I set them down on the counter one fell over and shattered. Would it be possible to have a replacement?
