The bento box itself is adorable, I ending up having to get it in green, and it's very nice. The washing directions aren't in English, so be aware of that. The service itself is why the review is so low. The people who sell the bento box ran out of the white that I ordered, I never got an email from anybody, and after contacting Apollo Box and getting that fixed, it took almost a month longer for it to arrive. It will definitely make me think twice before ordering from Apollo Box again.
