It works well, but doesn't hold a full size of our travel coffee mugs (16oz). The largest it holds is 12oz.

This works exactly as it says. Read the instructions a few times to make sure I understood them. I've used it to make iced coffee and my husband used to to chill his whiskey.

I absolutely love it!!! I spend a decent amount of money each week on iced coffee and now I am able to make it at home. I will still buy iced coffee out as a treat, but ever since I purchased the HyperChiller, I found that I am making coffee at home more often and am saving money in the process! The instructions are super easy to follow and the HyperChiller is easy to set up the first time it is used. Even the customer service is excellent! Only downside to this product, it does go out of stock very quickly!
