I would have much more appreciated this design if either it had it's own hanger,the plastic tie is a joke,or if it didn't have any hanging point and was just a globe to set in a decorative dish or the like. I did not like it at first and it was a chore trying to find a suitable hook and hanger set that could support it. I became more encouraged when I saw the photo of them hanging in a tree. When I finally found a hook and hanger set I put this up in my garden box. I enjoy it there it's beautiful in the sunlight,I can't say how well it will weather but so far so good.

I love these globes! This is the second one I've purchased / gifted. Each time the recipient loved them as much as I did. This is a little larger than I was expecting, but I was pleasantly surprised opening the first time. The craftsmanship is perfect, and the colors are vibrant.
