An incredible product that made a perfect gift for the recipient. However, it arrived chipped. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. First of all, I was charged twice, and it took a month to resolve the issue. Second, customer service tried to extort $10 of my money to guarantee on-time shipment, on top of the shipping I had already paid. Thirdly, the shipment completely missed Valentine's Day, even though it was ordered about a month in advance.

This may be one of my favorite items. It melts a full size candle, is great at giving a warm scent, and best of all, it doesn't require a fire, so it is safe. There's no fear of leaving a candle burning. It has a soft glow of the light, as well. Great item! Getting more so that I can give as a gift.
