Simple, classic appeal and perfect for book lovers. I was worried it would be a cheap plastic material but was surprised at how sturdy the bookmark was. The bulb carrying the dandelion seeds is plastic but is well-made so it shouldn't break easily. This arrived in a cute little box and was adorably packaged. The only thing is the plastic package that it arrived in was torn on the edges so the bookmark kept sliding out of the it. Nonetheless, I gifted it to a friend who loves ginkgo and reading, and she absolutely loved it!
