I used to have a two tiered desk with a roll-out keyboard tray, but the keyboard broke. I have been resting my keyboard, hands, and wrists against the edge of a wooden desk, and it was painful. I bought these wrist pads to provide a cushion between my wrists and the wood. They work perfectly. They are so soft and squishy. They will stay in place when in use, but if I need to reposition them, they are also easily movable. I am happy with this purchase.
