so not only was the person rude on email saying how it says it will take up to 10 days after the order date for it to ship but i told her i never read that part i just order since it was a xmas gift but it took for ever to get ! too bad im not home to take the pic but the thing was so vacuumed that it still doesn't go to normal shape and feels like stuffing had a bunch stuck inside hard !!! I KNOW HOW THEY SUPPOSE TO LOOK LIKE AND FEEL SINCE I BUY THEM FROM A SUPPLIER AND GET THEM SHIPPED BYSEA FOR MY SMALL BUSINESS BUT SINCE MY DAUGHTER ASKED ME ON DEC 1 I DIDNT HAVE TIME TO ORDER FROM MY SUPPLIER ! but never again!!! THATS FOR SURE

3stars is for delivery time. Took almost 1 month...you claimed 9 days.. 5 stars for octopus. My grandson loves it. Im not sure yet if I will order from you again.

I will never order from this company again. Took over a month to get. When I ordered it said 7-10 days.

It would definitely be 5 stars if it didn’t take an extra week to come and didn’t have holes but overall ITS A MUST BUY if your kids really like reversible octopus trust me they’ll thank you 🙏 and the mini octopus is so darn cute

I ordered a pink and blue with a yellow and orange octopus the are perfect. The grand kids will be elated
