I ordered a CD player from them. First, it took more than a month to get here. Then it was completely the wrong item. When i asked about they they insisted it was the correct item It is not. They sent me a DVD player. No bluetooth, no internal battery. Someting from China with lousy instructions. They cant seem to get things right. Lets see if I can ever get a refund for this.

I am very dissatisfied with this company. I ordered the Modern CD player sometime in September 2022 and it was delivered to the wrong home a month after. I contacted this company and they were unwilling to work with me because the item had been delivered and told me that they delivered to the shipping address in my order. I had to do my own research and I was able to trace my order with my correct address and I emailed them a copy of my original order. Finally, I received a replacement, but it appear to be a damaged item, as the power does not turn on. It appears to be a returned item because it appears as it has been used. I followed all the instructions indicated on the pamplet, but it did not turn on at all. I contacted this company again and they emailed me a link to open a short video with the instructions, which I had already done it before their email, the CD player is still not working. I just got tired of working with this company, since September. I will never bought an item from this company.

Uncomplicated technology, just right for the purpose I ordered it. The sound is good. It has more capabilities than a CD player, something that I want to learn later. The price is very fair. All in all, I am very satisfied

I really like its retro design. Brought all the memories back...

Great sound, finally will be able to use all my kpop album cds!!!
