The package came very well packed. Both the head of the cat and the tail were loose. I tried a screw driver to tighten with no luck. Finally,I kept twisting them,and the parts did tighten,but I wondering how long they will remain tightened. My concern is no material explaining the item was enclosed. Since I am giving this as a gift,I’m disappointed that a description was not included. This is not an inexpensive item- so I really feel a pamphlet of some type should have been included.
