This mug is just as sweet in person as it is online. I was worried it might be cracked or damaged during the shipment process, but it arrived in perfect condition. I absolutely love the little dome on top with the deer inside! I am totally satisfied with my purchase.

I love these mugs!!!!!!!! I bought two as presents, and liked them so much that I got a third one for myself. I think the pictures are fairly representative, EXCEPT that I would describe the fox mug as gray rather than white. It's hard to tell in photos because it just looks like a lighting variation, but, I've attached a picture anyway. If you wash the top part, hand wash in cold water ONLY. On mine, the dome piece came off after a few weeks but I contacted support and they PROMPTLY replaced it (with advice about water temperature), which I am so thrilled about and so grateful for. I withheld writing a review for a few months to make sure I didn't have any more issues. I love it so much ---- thank you for an adorable product and for excellent customer service!!!
