The bag is very beautiful, very cute, can hold a lot of things.

Ordered this bag as a gift for my sister. Didn’t come in the color, and had a terrible time getting a refund. Had to call long distance ( no toll free number), and fight for refund. No more.

Well,the bag is darling,it's really a looker,but that's about it! The inside sounds like paper glued on paper being peeled or torn apart when you are trying to load cosmetics. And for a heavy makeup routine there is not a lot of room for everything required. I would honestly be scared to use the bag for such a purpose,if it miraculously held up,it would stain with no way to clean it,as the inside is furry and not a wipeable surface. Another issue,the zipper snags,it requires a lot of effort to open and close. This bag seems more like a shelf sitter. And it had random Jasmine seeds inside? I ended up putting some art supplies I don't use very often inside.
