When I first received this and managed to get it open (it was bubble wrapped and taped and taped and taped) I could not find the light bulb. Emailed my request for a replacement bulb. Took a bit longer than I liked for it to arrive. But now I have all the parts and I am absolutely enjoying this lamp. I like that it has a dimmer, I like that it is an orange glow. This is my first salt lamp. But I definitely like my purchase. Thank you!!

I contacted you company twice via email, regarding this item for shipping. The last contact was the Monday before Mother's day, as the item had not shipped. My mother received the item before Mother's Day, thank you. My Mother contacted me via text asking if THE ITEM WAS FROM ME????? No card, nor an indication as to the card being a virtual card, NOTHING, no indication if it was a link / web site or whatever it was suppose to be for her. The other problem was that a shipping label, or purchase from NEVER indicated the individual that was sending her the gift????? The box / item arrived on time though. Sorry, the card thing (?) was not explained very clearly on your site, when I saw card I purchased it without understanding if was an electronic card at first. When I ordered the card, it did not ask for my name or if I wanted to write anything? Still not sure how that was suppose to work, had I known before ordering I would have passed!!! I went ahead in ordering because you had a good rating. I love the items you show, but not sure if this is a common experience / occurance with your company. I pretty sure you will not publish this review, but maybe you can use this to improve your service. Thank you
