This is not a bad review for Apollo Box customer service. This is a bad review for the terrible product that I was sent. The first soft glow cat lamp I ordered or fine for about 4 days and then burned out, and failed. I emailed customer service give them the details and they sent me a new one. The second one they sent me was made of a different color plastic and a much cheaper switch on the bottom. the battery compartment had a screw holding it shut that somebody had stripped out so badly I had to use a special broken screw removal tool just to get it out and open the battery compartment. I installed brand new batteries, turned the lamp on, and within seconds both LEDs burned out and failed. One of them actually melted and smoked. I am not the only person with this problem; reading through other reviews, other people have had similar problems. I'm completely done with this. Apollo box customer service was great, but the vendor that they are getting this product from is garbage. I want order anything from this company again.

I bought two soft glow cats. One was delivered with the battery cap broken. The other one barely lits up, and only with the warm glow setting. The cool glow doesn’t work. I bought them at full price. So not worth the price and so disappointing.

I bought this as a gift for my granddaughter, who is going to college to become a vet, and especially loves cats! Can't wait to give it to her for Christmas!

I really love this light, and got it as a night light for my son who is recently afraid of the dark. However, we’ve been using it for less than a week, and it is already malfunctioning. It does a sort of strobe light when set to the orange-ish glow.

This is a cute little light in terms of shape and aesthetic. Unfortunately mine arrived with a screw that holds the battery compartment completely stuck. I don’t have a tool that fits properly to unscrew and all my efforts were fruitless. Along the way, I popped out the battery and light compartment by accident and realized I could just put some battery operated fairy lights in there instead. It’s cute, but a little disappointing to have to DIY the light because the battery compartment is impossible.

This little nightlight is a great gift for children. It's easy to use and the light is not excessively bright.
