The light itself is great but I was really disappointed with Apollobox’s customer service. My order arrived in a very damaged box even though it was well packaged, which makes me think the box was already damaged when it was sent out. As this was supposed to be a gift for someone I requested a replacement assuming it would be a straightforward process as per the terms and conditions on the website, but I had to go back and forth with a customer service agent several times just to be told that I would have to return it and reorder at my own cost because Apollobox didn’t consider it to be damaged. Overall I was really disappointed to end up with a gift that I can’t give.
